Ornately crafted and layered with silver. A small raven is carved at the top of the neck and tiny bats are carved at the base of the lute. The raven represents Bertrem's friend Pierce and the bats represent his time in Barovia and saving the people from Strahd.

Tied to the neck of the lute by a chain is a silver dragon trinket that Bertrem once gave to late wife Ireena...

While wielding this lute, the player can make a perception check to catch the reflection of someone within 10 feet of the wielder.
