This whip is fashioned from infernal iron, the fangs of a pack of Hell Hounds, and leather made from a Pet Fiend.
You have a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with magic weapon. This whip deals an extra 5d8 Fire, Necrotic, and Psychic damage.
As a Bonus Action you can Summon a pack(8) of Hell Hounds for a day. The Pack is loyal to you and friendly to your companions. In combat, the pack shares your initiative count, but they takes their turn immediately after yours. They obeys your verbal commands (no action required by you). Anything you make a attack against is mark (the pack will attack anything marked). Once you use it to summon the pack, you can’t summon theme again until the Moon changes phases, except by a fiend pact warlock and Illrigger who can use it daily if all of the Pack isn't summoned.
Sentience. Zurmoth, The Hound Master is a sentient, lawful evil weapon with an Intelligence of 22, a Wisdom of 18, and a Charisma of 24. It has hearing, darkvision and devil's sight out to a range of 60 feet. It can read and understand Infernal. It can also speak Infernal, but only through the voice of its wielder, with whom the whip can communicate telepathically.
Personality. Zurmoth, The Hound Master like all Pet Fiends both self-entitled narcissists and tyrannical masterminds that schemed to bring his dark agendas to fruition and ruthlessly pursued his inscrutable desires. But to the surprise of other devils he has a soft spot for mortal hounds and Hell Hounds.
Proficiency with a Whip allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
