This stone flask hip is filled with rum when found. Whether it is empty or not each day at dawn it refills with rum. This is a strong rum and anyone with a constitution of 16 or less must make a DC12 constitution saving throw or become incapacitated for one minute, it's due to the intense burn from the rum going down their throat.

Although it is a standard flask size it magically contains 1 quart of rum each day.
