Once per short or long rest you can use your bonus action to eat the Sandvich or toss it to a creature within 15 ft. of you. Consuming the Sandvich yourself restores 8d4 + 8 hit points and tossing the Sandvich to another creature restores their hit points by 4d4 + 4.
