The user can use their action to make an attack roll against a creature and if the user has proficiency with a flail they can add their proficiency bonus to the attack roll along with their Dex Modifier.

If the attack hits the creature, the chain will wrap around the target restraining them. The user can now use the chain to target another creature within 20 feet of the original target and make another attack roll. The chain will keep expanding itself and restraining enemies until it fails an attack roll or has no additional creatures to target.

On the restrained creature's turn, they can use their action to attempt a DC20 Strength Saving throw to break out of the chain. This will shatter the chain and shrink it back to the original form in the hands of the user.

If the user lets go of the chain the chain will immediately retract, stop glowing, and fall at the user's feet.
