Weapon (greatsword), rare

A sword as tall as a man or so, between 6 and 7 ft long. The word zanbatō means "Horse Killing Sword" in japanese, but the blade need not resemble an asian style of sword; any blade long enough to fulfill anti-cavalry  functions, as well as great sword functions, would be one of these.

When attacking a mounted target or a mount itself, a critical success either dismounts the rider or knocks the animal prone, whichever one you attacked.

Proficiency with a Greatsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Graze. If your attack roll with this weapon misses a creature, you can deal damage to that creature equal to the ability modifier you used to make the attack roll. This damage is the same type dealt by the weapon, and the damage can be increased only by increasing the ability modifier.

Notes: Melee Weapon Attack: Slashing, Heavy, Two-Handed, Graze
