Weapon (light hammer), rare (requires attunement by a strength score of 16)

You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. On hit deals an additional 2d4 fire damage.  Exceptionally balanced to be thrown greater distances compared to other hammers (30/90).  May use a bonus action to return the hammer to the wielders hand.  Once per long rest user may use a Bonus Action causing the hammer to explode dealing 2d8 fire damage in a 5ft radius centered on the hammer. A creature who makes a DC 15 (Dex) saving throw takes half damage. 

The hammer reforms  in the light of dawn  if the wielder is outside when the sun rises they may pull the hammer back from the elemental plane of fire.

Proficiency with a Light Hammer allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.


This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Nick. When you make the extra attack of the Light property, you can make it as part of the Attack action instead of as a Bonus Action. You can make this extra attack only once per turn.
