You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon which was formed from the maw of a dragon, instinctually desiring to devour everything, including sound and light. If the player chooses, a bolt fired from this crossbow is translucent and silent, and therefore does not break stealth or otherwise give away the player's location. If this feature is used the player must succeed a DC 10 Constitution Save otherwise the weapon devours all light and sound around the player as well, becoming blinded and deafened until the end of their next turn.
Proficiency with a Light Crossbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
