A ring forged with the soul of all weapons created and when worn the ring can create one weapon the wears wants but the wearer must be able to use that weapon if He/She can't use it the user is paralyzed for one Hour and the ring can't be used til next dawn, also it must be waited out, no magic can stop it. If the user is able to wield the weapon it crates, the user must keep one hand a fist to keep the weapon stable, If two hand must use two hands. Once the seal is broken, the ring can only be used every Dawn and when the weapon is chosen it can't be changed.
