This item requires concentration. Every round you charge the wrist rocket to do an extra d12 damage per round. Every round that you charge it, add .5 percent chance that the bands snap and roll a d100 to see if it snaps. If the bands snap, you take the damage charged so far and cannot save against it. The wrist rocket can be upgraded with stronger bands, which cost 50 gold, that give you advantage on percent rolls. This weapon uses ball bearings as ammo, but can use a few other items. Exploding rounds (exclusive to this weapon) do a fifth of the damage done to the main target to everyone within 5 feet and cost 5 silver per ball. You can also buy stronger steel balls that add a d6 every round in addition, they cost 3 silver per ball.
Proficiency with a Light Crossbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
