On first glance this vile filled with water looks like any other regular vile,
However the water within has been enchanced by rat DNA and infused with magic

If water leaves the vile in any way or shape it'll transform into rats,
The ammount of rats depends on the ammount of water poured out.
A single file holds up to 25 rats.

Throwing the vile against an enemy will deal 1d4 of throwing damage.
The rats however do nothing more but run away/around

Throwing the vile against a wall or other hard surface will result into the rats being smashed to death
and a gory scene will be the result.
