This unbreakable wand, made from a yew tree in the Feywild, channels the emotional fluidity of an Eladrin into volatile druidic magic. A creature that attempts to use the wand without being attuned to it must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or take 1d6 fire, frost, and bludgeoning damage
This wand has 1 charge.
As an action you can expend the wand's charge and cast one of its four seasonal spells. Once the wand has been used to cast a seasonal spell, it can't be used to cast any of the other three seasonal spells until the next dawn. The seasonal spells use your spellcasting ability and spell save DC.
The four seasonal spells are: Wind Wall for Spring, Daylight for Summer, Erupting Earth for Autumn, and Sleet Storm for Winter.
If you are an Eladrin and cast a seasonal spell that is the same season as your current mood, the seasonal spell gains a bonus. For Spring, Autumn, and Winter, your target(s) have disadvantage on their saving throw. For Summer, you may choose to add the Blinded condition or have every creature in the affected area suffer 1d10 fire damage.
A druid can use the Yew Wand of Seasons as a spellcasting focus, substituting it for any material component that does not list a cost.
Notes: Druid or Eladrin, Damage, Control, Debuff, Utility, Combat
