One minute after eating a cookie, you gain the benefit of taking a short rest so lon as you undertake no strenuous activity in the minute it takes to digest the cookie. You may only spend one Hit Die to recover Hit Points from eating a cookie.

After eating a cookie, you must complete a Long Rest before eating another cookie. If you eat a second cookie before completing a Long Rest, it provides no benefit, and you must immediately succeed on a DC 15 Constitution Saving Throw or take 1d10 Poison Damage.
