This mithral shield is etched with the symbols of the deities of the Seldarine. Aerdrie Faenya, Angharradh, Deep Sashelas, Erevan llesere, Fenmarel Mestarine, Hanali Celanil, Labelas Enoreth , Rillifane Rallathil, Sehanine Moonbow, Shevarash, and Solonor Thelandira are arranged in a circular pattern around the rim, framing the large crescent moon of Corellon Larethian that adorns the center.

While holding this shield, you have a +2 bonus to AC. This bonus is in addition to the shield's normal bonus to AC.

In addition, the shield has 3 charges which can be used to cast the Calm Emotions spell (1 charge), or the Mass Suggestion spell (3 charges). The Calm Emotions spell cast from the shield has double the normal area of effect (40' radius sphere) and the Mass Suggestion spell has double the normal range (120'). Spells cast from the shield have a spell save DC of 18.

The Shield of Peace regains all spent charges daily at dawn.

Shields require the Utilize action to Don or Doff. You gain the Armor Class benefit of a Shield only if you have training with it.
