As you have collected the different pieces of the Sanguine Regalia you have noticed they feed of each other to become stronger, granting you more power but at a greater cost.
You have collected three(3) of the six(6) pieces and they are:
The Sanguine Rose
A beautiful golden brooch in the shape of a rose with a ruby as the flower and red gold drops of blood dripping from the thorns.
This items grants you darkvision to 60 ft and makes your eyes glow a faint red in the dark.
Bloodwalker's Robe
Made of velvet dyed so deeply red that it’s almost black, this robe is embroidered with mystic runes wrought in black silk, and it rewards you for destroying your foes. When you reduce a creature within 50 feet of you to 0 hit points you can immediately use your bonus action to teleport to an unoccupied space adjacent to that creature.
The Sanguine Spear
You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.
On a roll of 18, 19 or 20 the spear pierces deep and deals an additional dealing 1d10 necrotic damage to the target. If the spear hit a creature with blood the next attack will deal an additional d10 necrotic damage. If the attacks misses or it has been more than one(1) minute since you last hit a creature the charge disappears.
Proficiency with a spear allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
Prices : as you have collected the items they have grown stronger giving you these additional features.
Bite: You grow sharp fangs, which you can use to make unarmed strikes. If you hit with it, you deal piercing damage equal to 1d6 + your Strength modifier, instead of the bludgeoning damage normal for an unarmed strike.
Feeding Bite: In battle, you can throw yourself into a vicious feeding frenzy. As a bonus action, you can make a special attack with your bite. If the attack hits, it deals its normal damage, and you gain points equal to the damage dealt, and you can use this trait a number of times equal to your CON-modifier (minimum 1) before you must wait until you finish a short or long rest. (you can use this feature while in Beastshape but still use your Con-modifier to decide how many attacks you can take.)
Penance: every price comes at a cost and these are the dues you owe.
Sunlight sensitivity: You have disadvantage on attack rolls and on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight when you, the target of your attack, or whatever you are trying to perceive is in direct sunlight.
Hunger Eternal: You start to hunger for blood, the blood of humanoids. For every week you don't feed on the blood of a humanoid you gain a point of exhaustion that can only be removed by draining a humanoid of blood completely or by a wish spell.
Curse. This item is cursed, and becoming attuned to it extends the curse to you. Until the curse is broken with a remove curse spell or similar magic, you are unwilling to part with the item, to the point that you charge after them if thrown.
Proficiency with a Spear allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
