Weapon (maul), rare

A +1 maul named “The Smasher” that, when given the command “This celebration isn’t going to start itself!”, acts as a decanter of endless water but dispenses potent dwarven spirits instead. This is a rare magic item.

You can use an action to speak the command phrase, whereupon an amount of spirits pours out of the flask. The potent dwarven spirits stops pouring out at the start of your next turn. Choose from the following options:

"Stream" produces 1 gallon of potent dwarven spirits.

"Fountain" produces 5 gallons of potent dwarven spirits.

"Geyser" produces 30 gallons of potent dwarven spirits that gushes forth in a geyser 30 feet long and 1 foot wide. As a bonus action while holding the decanter, you can aim the geyser at a creature you can see within 30 feet of you. The target must succeed on a DC 13 Strength saving throw or take 1d4 bludgeoning damage and fall prone. Instead of a creature, you can target an object that isn't being worn or carried and that weighs no more than 200 pounds. The object is either knocked over or pushed up to 15 feet away from you.

Proficiency with a Maul allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Topple. If you hit a creature with this weapon, you can force the creature to make a Constitution saving throw (DC 8 plus the ability modifier used to make the attack roll and your Proficiency Bonus). On a failed save, the creature has the Prone condition.

Notes: Bonus: Magic, Creation, Damage, Utility, Combat, Heavy, Two-Handed, Topple
