You can use an action to activate the Divine Properties of the Scale and speak one of three command words, whereupon an amount of salt water pours out of the flask. The water stops pouring out at the start of your next turn. You can also store a water elemental in this decanter. Choose from the following options:

• "Ocean Water" produces 1 gallon of water.
• "Lapping Waves" produces 15 gallons of water.
• "Tidal Waves" produces 60 gallons of water that has the momentum of a waterfall, when aimed at enemies,as a bonus action, stunning them for 2 turns
