Wondrous Item, very rare

A small, turquoise whistle, fitting perfectly in the palm of your hand. It had no lanyard, but has a built-in hole for such to be inserted. All along each side are ornate carvings of lightning bolts striking the ground. Along the top, there is another carving of two parallel lightning bolts with bars connecting them, forming railroad tracks.

Once per day, the wielder can blow into the whistle, releasing a shrill noise that can be heard up to 360 feet away. After 10 seconds, the whistle's call will summon The Thunder Rail, a large train comprised of one Engine car, one passenger car, and two storage carts. The Thunder Rail is an ethereal train, which allows it to take material passengers and cargo, before travelling through the ethereal plane for the duration of the trip. Summoning the train will cause it to manifest within the nearest available space to do so. If there is no accessible area within 120 feet of the user, the train will arbitrarily designate a spot, and will push through the planar barrier, dealing 8d10 force damage to anything occupying the space. After entering the material plane, the train will release three long whistles in return, audible in a 720 foot radius centered around the locomotive, and dealing 1d12 thunder damage to anyone within 5 feet of the train upon arrival. The train requires a 100x15 foot rectangle of clearance, and will be considered obstructed by any object larger than a 5' cube, or any living creature of medium size or larger.
