A hand crossbow carved from enchanted driftwood gathered by the Carpenter's Guildhall. The limbs of the crossbow look like crashing waves upon the crystalline shore running through the middle of the weapon. A bolt placed in this channel becomes covered with frost if allowed to rest for a moment before firing. 

The Sea Queen's Wrath is a magical weapon that grants +1 to attack and damage rolls made with it. When making an attack with this weapon, you can use your bonus action to charge the shot, imbuing the bolt with frigid arcane energy. This attack deals an additional 2d6 cold damage to the target. Attacks made with this weapon do not incur a penalty at long range if made underwater.
