In the right hands, The Severus Diamond can amplify intentions and create incredible results in combat. Be careful, though. Overuse can cause The Severus Diamond to shatter and create an explosion more powerful than a fireball. 

The Severus Diamond, from The Severus Mountains, caused the great battle at the Grazulian Trench between the Goliaths of Severnaya and the Orcs of Vol. The Goliaths won the day and the diamond and used it to colonize southern Grazul. 

The source of the diamonds power is unknown, though rumors say that the diamond is the fossilized heart of a Fire Giant. 

Use of the Severus Diamond adds +5 to attack rolls and saving throws when used instantaneously. (Can be used after the roll is known). 

FOR DM's, four uses are free of risk. Every use after four times, the DM will roll a D20. If 18 or higher, the diamond explodes causing 5D10 damage.
