These magical cards can be played as normal playing cards or thrown as weapons. There are 52 cards in the deck. They can either float in the air next to you or be affected by gravity as normal. These cards will automatically return to the deck after being thrown unless the user wishes them to remain fixed into the target (concentration needed). These cards cannot be used as melee weapons, and have a range of 100 ft. If you are proficient with Playing Card Sets, you are also proficient with these cards, and you have advantage on checks using these cards. If thrown as a weapon, each suit of card has a different effect. (When using these cards, before rolling damage dice, roll a d4. On a roll of 1, you throw a Red/Fire card, on 2, you throw a Blue/Ice card, on 3, you throw a Yellow/Lighting card, and on 4, you throw a Green/Acid card. The number on the card has no effect.)
Proficiency with a Dart allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.
Notes: Damage: Fire, Damage: Cold, Damage: Lightning, Damage: Acid, by someone with proficiency with Playing Card Sets, Finesse, Thrown, Vex
