Legend has it that the Wyrm's Bane was forged from a fragment of Ymir's own sword that splintered off during the war of creation, and as such harbors some of the dead god's animosity towards dragons, as well as being sharp enough, according to legend, to cleave a soul in twain. Containing the last divine sparks of the legendary wrath of Ymir, the sword has +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls.
