The Sands of Time are 3 small bags of glistening sand inside 3 separate bags. On one of the bags, the word History is scrawled on it in Dwarvish, on the second bag the word Standstill is written in common and on the third bag Fate is written in Elvish. When the bag of History is thrown on a creature, time rewinds for them so that they are back where they were 30 seconds ago, with their memories remaining the same as they were at that point in time. When the bag of Standstill is thrown on a creature, they perceive time as frozen for 30 seconds. they can interact with objects, cast spells and otherwise do whatever they could do previously. When time unfreezes, the creatures who were not touched by the dust perceive anything that was moved as instantaneously teleported. When the bag of Fate is thrown on a creature, they teleport to where they would have been 30 seconds in the future if you had not thrown the sands on them, and have the same memories as they would in that point and time
