Weapon (shortsword), artifact (requires attunement by a person of Drow descent.)

Zenzerena’s Blade is the blade of the Drow goddess of assassins. The blade is a +3 weapon that functions as a wand and appears like an antique letter opener. It grants the wielder expertise in stealth. You can also use the blade to cast the spells disguise self (2 charges), silence (4 charges), fear (5 charges), greater invisibility (10 charges), and phantasmal killer (10 charges). The blade has 20 charges that replenish on a long rest. Any creature hit by the blade must pass a DC 20 Constitution save or be rendered paralyzed by the poison the blade produces. The creature can attempt to release the paralyzed effect by making additional DC 20 Constitution saves at the beginning of it’s turn. Creatures that are undead, constructs, or that have legendary actions are immune to this effect.

Proficiency with a Shortsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.

Notes: Expertise: Stealth, Bonus: Magic, Paralyzed, person of Drow descent., Finesse, Light, Vex
