The wristlet of chaos was crafted by a powerful wizard millennia ago.  Thought to have been an attempt to either ascend to godhood or demon lord status, it was lost to history for good reason.  It is so powerful that the gods made it so that it can only be used if all 5 elemental stones are bonded and fused with it.  Only then can the full power of the wristlet be unlocked.  The wristlet at full potential is able to manipulate reality.  All elements and therefore reality itself bends to their will.
