Weapon (longbow), uncommon

A longbow carved from Yew Wood. Maercovian yew is famous for its flexibility and spring, and forms the backbone of the military might, in the form of Maercovia Longbowmen, Horse Archers, and Lancers. Typically only owned by highly trained, elite soldiers, or wealthy nobility, it's rather uncommon for those of a lower station to utilize yew in their bows or lances.

Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
