+3 to hit. Unaffected by half or 3/4 cover. On a hit roll 2 d10 instead of 1d8
When fired with action wielder can add any effect to the arrow. If it is poison, paralyze etc. the DC is 14. If elemental damage is selected, add 1d8 elemental damage. (Can not select unconscious or any affect DM decides is OP) The bow fires a second bound arrow with every arrow fired. This second arrow has no bonus attributes and is an extra 1d10 upon hit.
This bows speed has made it legendary. First used by the great Aarakorca King of Eladriel.
Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
