Strange white bandages coated in a radiant aura. When wrapped around ones hands, they bolster the wielders Strength, making their Unarmed Attacks deal 1d8 + your Strength or Dexterity Modifier as Magical Bludgeoning Damage (One or the Other, not both). These hand wraps can be worn underneath Armor of any kind. A Celestial scrawling is written faintly along the Wraps;

"Safeguard our ancient ways, for they are the ways of the future, and take hold of the ones you wish to never age"

When dealing direct contact physical damage to an opponent while you are wearing these wraps on your hands or feet (As long as they were struck by that limb's force, regardless of a weapon), the opponent must succeed a Wisdom Saving Throw (DC15) or become frozen in Time for 1d4+1 rounds. Upon a successful Saving Throw, and only if the enemy is aware of the wrap's effect, they can force the effect back onto the wearer, in which the wearer will need to make a Wisdom Saving Throw (DC15) or become frozen for 1 round. This rebound can only occur once per use. A Critical Fail on the Wisdom Saving Throw will double the rounds either the Opponent of the Wearer are frozen in Time.

While frozen in Time, you or an opponent are completely unaware of any changes between when they entered and exited the frozen state. They will also only take the damage dealt to them at the end of their frozen state. While frozen, any Dexterity based AC and Shield based AC is removed, they also suffer disadvantage on any Saving Throws they are required to make during this time. Whenever a frozen target is hit by an attack, they can attempt to Wisdom Save out of the status, but will expend their reaction on their next turn.

When unfrozen from this effect, the opponent (or the wearer) will take the full force of any damage they sustained without them ever being aware of it.

The Time Freezing Effect of these wraps can only be used 3 times per day. A target or user can only be afflicted with the Time Frozen status once every 5 minutes.
