If an attack against its wielder is blocked by the shield(if the attack would hit if not for the shield's added AC), the shield will cast vicious mockery at the attacker. The spell will be cast at its weakest, and has a DC of 14. It will always insult something about the attacker.

Shields require the Utilize action to Don or Doff. You gain the Armor Class benefit of a Shield only if you have training with it.
