Attack: 2d8 + Proficiancy + Strength/Dexterity Mod
Passive: After moving, a distance of 100ft  the blade will generate a windshield, that raises the user's AC  by 2 and will only last until the user is hit. To regain the effect the  user will have to move another 100ft to regenerate the effect

Steel Tempest:  After striking twice with Yone your third strike will instead send a whirlwind at your target*. The whirlwind does 1d6 of damage upon impact and knocks up/toss-up  the target 10ft, dealing 1d6 fall damage after they land (If applicable) 

Wind Wall: Once per short rest as a reaction  the user can cast wall of wind in front of them, making all small and any spells projectile that is at the 2nd level or under to disappear 

Sweeping Blade: Dash to a creature as an attack action, dealing 1d6 slashing damage. If you attack immediately after using a sweeping blade you hit all enemies in a 5ft radius around you. This attack will also apply to Steel Tempest.

Last Breath: Once per long rest you can leap to a knocked up/tossed up creature, slashing them twice for 2d6 of slashing damage and knocking them back down for an additional 2d6 of fall damage. This consumes an attack action

*(Steel tempest can be activated in one round depending on the class, and the amounts of attacks you can make per action, I.E a fighter at level 11th level who can make 3 attacks per action can use steel tempest in one round while a ranger at the 5th level who can make 2 attacks per action will have to can use steel tempest on the second round)*

Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

Notes: Damage: Slashing, meditation of a long rest form a bond with the blade so may use its abilities , Versatile, Sap
