This dark grey cloak is meticulously etched in fine silver thread. It can be buckled with an ornate silver throat clasp and constantly shimmers as though it is flapping in a soft breeze.

When the cloak is activated the wearer is instilled with unnatural swiftness for one minute.

While activated, the wearer’s movement doesn’t provoke opportunity attacks and once per turn the wearer gives themself advantage on one weapon attack. That attack deals an additional 1d8 force damage on a hit.

The wearer’s movement increases by 30 feet for the duration that the clock is activated.
