Yulric's "All Seeing" Eye is a large gemstone quality opal sphere the size of an eyeball. For an iris it has a magically inset deep blue sapphire. Once worn inside a persons eye socket replacing a lost or removed eye, and attuned with, they will become enlightened to it's innate abilities.
Upon attuned with, the wearer becomes immune to Blinding spells, and gains the Sense of Blindsight.
It also imparts the Feat of "Alert" and an Expertise in "Investigation", as well as advantage on all Investigation checks.
On top of that, the eye contains 5 charges with which the wearer can cast: Scrying ( 3 charges ), True Seeing ( 2 charges ) or Arcane Eye ( 1 charge ) as charges allow.
The eye regains 1 charge per short rest, or 1d4+1 charges per long rest. If all charges are expended roll a d20. On a 1, the eye cracks and become useless loosing all abilities. Otherwise, on a roll of 2-20 the eye takes 5 days to recharge.
