The Sharingan
Once a critical part of a legendary familial bloodline this "Mirror Wheel Eye" is rarely ever seen, and those who do see it rarely live long enough to tell about it. All those who possess these eyes are to be considered extremely dangerous and should be destroyed immediately.
Power of sight
The Sharingan is powerful magical tool that ignites once a member of a bygone bloodline experiences a powerful emotional trauma. The event triggers their brain to produce a magic that enters that the eyes and transforms them into the Sharingan. The Sharingan is also reffered to by some as "Eye that reflects the heart" and "The Eye of hypnotism" due to the nature it is acquired, and the hypnotic effects of the eye respectively.

The user receives 2 charges, one charge for each eye. These charges reset upon completing a long rest. To expend these charges the user must have the eye activated and both the caster and the target must be able to be seen be either. Spells cast using the Sharingan count as abilities, and are cast at the lowest level of the spell, unless otherwise stated.

Passive Abilities 

- The Sharingan can be concealed when not in use, using a bonus action to dismiss or activate it.

- A user with the sharingan is also able to completely mimic anything they see with their eyes, this lets them to read lips, copy handwriting they see from a distance by observing penstrokes, and other similar skills such as identifying the Somatic and Verbal components of a spell.

- You may use the Sharingan as your spellcasting focus.

2 Charges - Cast the Spell Sleep at 3rd level

Mastering the Eye

When a user of the Sharingan depletes all the charges in their eyes they strain it to be more powerful and grow stronger. This is shown by the number of Tomoe (commas) in the eye, the user begins with one, and upon depleting the charges they receive an additional Tomoe. Once a Sharingan user has 3 in each eye they have mastered the Sharingan and await its final transformation into the Mangekyō Sharingan.
