This tattoo evokes Kord's fury in its form and colors. While this tattoo is on your skin, you gain the following benefits:

• Your attack rolls score a critical hit on a d20 roll of 19 or 20.
• You have resistance to lightning damage and thunder damage
• Your Strength score becomes 21 if it isn't already 21 or higher.

• As a bonus action, you can choose one creature you can see within 30 feet of you to be struck by lightning. The target must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, taking 3d6 lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one

Tattoo Attunement. To attune to this item, you hold the needle to your skin where you want the tattoo to appear, pressing the needle there throughout the attunement process. When the attunement is complete, the needle turns into the ink that becomes the tattoo, which appears on the skin. If you have multiple magic tattoos, they count as a single magic item with regard to the number of magic items you can attune to. If your attunement to the tattoo ends, the tattoo vanishes, and the needle reappears in the closest unoccupied space to you.

While channeling the Wrath of Kord, your armor and orifices become conduits of electricity, arcing bolts of lightning between them at random. 

While the tattoo is dormant, you can see a beautiful storm system brewing on your characters back, with lightning occasionally striking down your limbs as you perform feats of strength.
