The X-Baton was made in the year 2099 by Central City Police Department in Japan. Since its creation it has been modified to be the default weapon of every police department in Japan.
The X-Baton Mk I while not the Mose common is given to all starting officers before they are able to customize it to their leisure.
The X-Baton MK I has two 'Forms', a standard Baton and a Pistol configuration.
The Baton in the Mk I form dies 1d6 + Strength or Dexterity Bludgeoning Damage.
The Pistol form does 1d6 + Dexterity Piercing Damage
Proficiency with a Shortsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.
