When a nat 20 is rolled on attack, the damage inflicted is automatically the remaining HP of the target if the target is not at full health. If at full health, they lose half their HP. The target starts with one death saving throw failure. After a nat 20 is rolled, the user has disadvantage on attack rolls for the next 2 rounds. The effects of the nat 20 roll can only affect a target once.
When a nat 1 is rolled on attack, the user automatically loses 1d20 of damage and their Armor Class is reduced by 1 point for the rest of the encounter (stacks). User is also at disadvantage for next 2 attacks against them. (Add an additional 1d20 at level 10)
+3 to attack roll and +3 to damage roll. Add an additional 1d4 after level 10, increasing to 2d4 at level 15.
Two-handed weapon
Must be level 5 or above to use this weapon. When attacking with this weapon, you can't use a bonus action or additional attack on the same turn.

Proficiency with a War Pick allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
