The Shillelagh of Substantial Whimsy was created by ancient, powerful, and frankly bored wild magic sorcerers to introduce a little chaos to their less magical comrades. It was bestowed on an uptight warrior out with stifled laughter and eager anticipation of what was about to happen.

Immediately after attack you roll a d20. If you roll a 1, roll on the Wild Magic Surge table to create a random magical effect.
