This black silk cloak covers the wearer in constant shadow. These shadows are impenetrable by normal means, but true sight can see through them.

While wearing this cloak, you can use your bonus action to step into one shadow other than your own and use it as a portal to teleport to another shadow within 60 feet. Once this effect is used, it cannot be used again until the next dusk.
