Also known as The Black Stone, the Soulstone has been sought by greedy wizards and tricksy thieves.

Once per long rest, as an action, a character attuned to this mystical stone may store a copy of their soul inside. Upon dropping to 0 hit points, the stone activates instantly returning the stored soul to its host body. The character returns to consciousness, is stable, and has all of their hit points restored, and all conditions removed.

Once activated, the stone cannot be used again until 1d12 days have passed. At sunset of the last day, the stone may be used again.
