Personality.
The Scepter of the NecroDancer speaks with a calm tone, as though nothing can get under the skin of the scepter.
The scepter knows it was created from dark magics and hungers for souls though shows no pleasure or desire to or do so. It doesn’t care whose souls it eats. The scepter believes that all magic can be twisted into darkness and wishes to do so. The Scepter of the NecroDancer is meant to hurry that process along.
Proficiency with a quarterstaff allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
Destroying the Scepter. To destroy the scepter Pierre must use the scepter to destroy his mother and fathers phylacteries then smash into The Golden Lute shattering both the scepter and the phylactery.
