This ring is made of twisted vines and bits of metal, has 4 charges, you can expend one charge to cast vicious Mockery (use your spell saving throw, if you do not have one it is 10+ your Charisma modifier), you can expend all charges to make a creature with an inelegance above 4 make a DC 20 Wisdom saving throw or brake into tears and have a complete mental breakdown as you insult there very being, the creature for the purposes of combat is prone stunned and frightened. Intimidation checks towards that creature have advantage, and is compliant to the wielder of this ring. 

if Attuned to this ring after a long rest make a DC 15 Wisdom Saving throw to regain 1d4 charges, if it fails cast Vicious Mockery on the first creature you see other than yourself (this takes no charges) and do not regain any charges
