A golden amulet hung on heavy gold chain depicting the smiling skull of Cyric on the background of the star. The eyes of the skull are two glowing green crystals. On close inspection of the green gems you notice a dark aura inside of them.

Listening. This object has 3 charges of sending per long rest. You get the sense though... that maybe someone else can hear your messages. 

Cursed. This will change you. During attunement you understand that this will change you but it's not just your perception that is heightened. Over time this cursed artifact will transform the wearer------------. Duration of transformation is at DM's discretion. This change is permeant and can only be undone by Cyric or the wish spell. 

Precious. The wearer is magically charmed and compelled to never remove the amulet. Removing the amulet causes a sickness to fall upon the wearer where they lose 1d6 max hit points per day until the amulet is placed back on their person, a cure is found, the wish spell is used to lift the curse or their max hit points drop below zero and they die.
