Medallion of Sending  is a platinum disc magically etched with YMerch’s symbol of an M.  While holding the medallion you can communicate with someone else wearing a similar medallion.  While you touch the medallion, you can use an action to cast the sending spell from it. The target is the bearer of the another medallion. 

Once sending is cast it can't be used again until the next dawn.
