Weapon (greataxe), uncommon

Deep in the depths of time, at the birth of the world, the Goliath tribes first set out on their wandering. The Tribes soon discovered their chosen land was harsh, unforgiving and unable to sustain flocks for food. One thing that was in abundance however was the plentiful sandstone piled in small mountains dotting the deserted  landscape. Even simple thinkers like the Goliaths could see the value in the stone and began to mine. Their powerful forms were well suited to the work and soon they made pacts with the more civilised races and trade flourished, with stone and gems heading out of the Giant Lands and food and materials flooding back in.

The Leaders of the Tribes that held the largest quarries fashioned swords made of silversteel, a hard metal buried deep in the biggest quarries. These blades were mounted on handles carved in intricate detail from the very stone that ruled the lives of so many. These "Sandstone Blades" as they came to be known, were enchanted by visiting elven mages or dwarven spellsmiths and became some of the most feared blades in existence.

A Sandstone Blade does 2d12+Str damage.

Proficiency with a Greataxe allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Cleave. If you hit a creature with a melee attack roll using this weapon, you can make a melee attack roll with the weapon against a second creature within 5 feet of the first that is also within your reach. On a hit, the second creature takes the weapon’s damage, but don’t add your ability modifier to that damage unless that modifier is negative. You can make this extra attack only once per turn.
