This stoppered vial is approximately 5 inches high and appears to be filled with rainbow glitter. Shaking it causes the glitter to shift and sparkle in any available light.

You can use an action to remove the stopper and speak one of three command words, whereupon an amount of glitter begins pouring out of the vial. The glitter stops pouring out at the start of your next turn. Choose from the following options:

• "Sparkle" produces a cloud of glitter that fills a 30 foot sphere centering on the person holding the vial. Anyone in the range of the sphere becomes covered in glitter. Being covered in glitter gives disadvantage on stealth check and outlines any invisible creature or object. 
• "Mark" will allow you to create a one-word message or simple picture on any flat surface.
• "Shine" creates a stream of glitter 30 feet long and 1 foot wide. As a bonus action while holding the vial, you can aim the stream at a creature you can see within 30 feet of you. The target must succeed on a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw or take 1d4 bludgeoning damage and becomes blinded. Instead of a creature, you can target an object that isn't being worn or carried and that weighs no more than 200 pounds. The object is either knocked over or pushed up to 15 feet away from you.
