The twin sister to the Woodcutter's Bane. This elusive smith was once a warden of the weald before learning the arts of the forge. This ashen and amber hammer seems to be the craftsmanship of someone North of the Buxpar forest. Its previous owner was blamed for a massive fire and forced to leave home in a hurry. This weapon is the only marker of his homeland. He had left the Woodcutter's Bane within the Buxpar forest as a token of good faith to whoever would come after him to care for such a beautiful forest.
The ashen hilt of the hammer has gnomish runes carved into it with an amber inlay. The head of the hammer glows when striking an anvil or scoring a critical hit.
