Once per day the wearer can use a bonus action to click the boots heels together. 

When they do this they fall under the conditions of the "Haste" spell for 10 minutes. 

After the 10 minutes has come to an end the wearer must wait till the following morning to regain the ability of the boots. 

Notes: Bonus: Speed, Must be concentrated on for 1 hour in order to be successfully attuned, Buff, Movement, Utility, Footwear
