Ring, artifact (requires attunement)

This ring is the product of dozens of years of kobold craftsmanship, imbued with the combined magic of generations of kobold sorcerers. It constantly ticks and clicks at a steady pace, sometimes glowing faintly.

Kobold sense: If there are any kobolds within 100 ft of the wearer, it emits a noise akin to a slumbering dragon.

Call to arms: Once a day, the wearer can use an action to call 25 kobolds, 5 winged kobolds, and 1 kobold sorcerer. All kobolds have twice their max possible health and a +5 to their AC. These kobolds are loyal to the wearer and last for 24 hours or until they are dismissed.

Kobold's curse: If any creature that is not a kobold, or does not have the blessing of one devoted to Kurtulmak, tries to attune to the ring, they must succeed a DC 20 constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the creature is transformed into a kobold as if they has been targeted by a true polymorph spell with a duration of 24 hours. On a successful save, they successfully attune to the ring. If a creature fails 3 attunement saving throws in a row, they are permanently transformed into a kobold. If this happens, the only a wish spell can reverse it.
