Ring, legendary (requires attunement by a patronee of a major god of war only)

The Wrath of the War God starts with three charges. One charge lasts as long as the wielder hits a creature or is hit by a creature in one round of combat. After expending one charge, it grants the following benefits:

  • You have advantage on Strength Checks and Strength Saving Throws.
  • When you make a melee weapon Attack using Strength, you gain a bonus to the attack roll and damage roll equal to your proficiency modifier.
  • You have Resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage.

If you have used one charge in a day, you can add back 1d4 charges at the end of your next long rest, maximum of 15 charges.

If you expend all charges, the ring becomes inert, and can only be reactivated with a roll of 3 or higher on 1d4. You can roll for reactivation once per short rest or twice per long rest. On a successful reactivation, the ring resets to three charges.
