When drunk the user Temporally looses 2 Int , Wis, and CHA score and gains +5 STR not exceeding a total of 25 and your current hit points double. The user is transformed into a large sized creature and takes the appearance of a BugBear, and enter a Barbarian Rage. 

You can only make Melee attacks when in this form. 

After the 5 min time or if your hit points fall to 0 you gain 3 levels of Exhaustion , and you revert back to your normal form.
